A couple weeks ago, Justin actually got to turn ALL of his pagers off and be home with us the ENTIRE weekend. (Who I am kidding, we were out of the house pretty fast that Saturday.) I had been trying to get us to the zoo for a couple months...so I wasn't about to let this opportunity pass. We told Austin that we were going to see the animal. He got excited, saying "Am-os" and then started talking about cows, ducks, chickens, and all his other favorite animals from the farm.

He was not very interested in the animals at the zoo. Who would have known that we could have saved the money and the driving time, and just gone to Wheeler Farm. I think he would have been much happier with that!

It was a great weekend. It was so nice to be able to actually go do something as a family, without the worry of Justin getting called in to work!

Yay!! More pictures! Those are sooo cute! I wish I could've come down that night...you know- the night that you made flautas, without me. Uh huh. Hahaha! I'm glad y'all got out of the house together! And next weekend just the two of you can get out if you're still up for it! :)

Glad you guys had a fun time, even if the boy would've been content with the pigeons at the Wal-mart parking lot. :) He'll love the zoo soon enough.
