Today was an absolutely gorgeous day! It was such a welcome thing, considering we woke up to this Thursday morning:
I have been waiting for beautiful weather for a while now...anxious to be able to take my little boy outside and let him truly enjoy everything around him.
So, after church today we went to my mother-in-law's house for dinner. It was so nice outside, we couldn't resist letting Austin have his first experience on a swing. (Thanks to Kennadie for sharing her swing with Austin!)
Austin loved it! He was laughing for a while...of course not when I was trying to get a video of it, though!They have the cutest little bench, so I had to get a picture of Austin sitting on it.
This is the best picture we have been able to get of me and Austin together in a long time!
These are just a few pictures of spring time in our backyard. I was so excited when my bulbs started coming up...they are just so pretty!
We got this little slide to keep in our backyard. This was his first try on it...he wasn't quite sure what to think!

When it rains, it pours! So many cute pictures of Austin. I love the ones of him eating the dirt. The look on his face is priceless. I have to laugh about him on the swing. It's always so exciting to have them experience something like that...until you realize they want to do it all the time and you are sick and tired of pushing the swing or pulling the wagon. Really, it's cute for like 5 minutes and then you want to die.
